Thank very much, keith.

Thank you very much for your kind comment, Keith.:)
There was a lot of volume of information for a big figure as you said, so I needed time in painting.
And it was also the pressure that it's quite heavy for me.
A sculptor was carving a mold politely, so I could enjoy painting very much.

Thank you very much for your kind advice, Jason.:)
I wasn't conversant about the color of the helmet.
A coating is given to this helmet.
I'm thinking I made a mistake in this processing.
I'll try correction for now, but when being leisure again, I'll correct.

I was thinking the beginning shall complete this figure in VALLEJYO - COLOR.
However I felt that blending of this paint was difficult, so I used blending of oil paints.
Oil paints had gloss, so I put out gloss perfectly in Matt - Vernish.

Mitsutaka, outstanding in every way on such a fine sculpt :eek:I always look forward to seeing your work and this figure is no exception to your excellence. Your painting style is one I like and I will always look forward to your next figure.

I have saved your images into my personal library of figure images on my laptop for future reference.(y)

Thank you very much, John.

It was difficult to make the color of the correct uniform with an acrylic gouache and oil paints.
However a uniform changes fairly by the state of the ray, so I think rough is also a little fine for me.

To tell the truth this figure was the figure I found by chance.
I'm planning to participate in the exhibition performed in Japan on July 10th.
I have to make a work for it.
I ordered a standard bearer of a Roman army of 200mm of VERLINDEN.
But, even whenever time passes, it doesn't reach a home.
I was impatient, looked for an alternative figure and found this figure.
The notification that you "shipped" it from VERLINDEN on the next day when this figure was ordered entered.
I think I couldn't meet this figure when there was no these trouble.
I'm thinking I was lucky.

Thank you very much, Tony.

Hi! Tony.:)
Thank you very much for your kind comment.
This painting is the way I often used before, and I'm going to have improved that a little.
It's blended by oil paints and is the way to spray MATT-VERNISH in VALLEJYO - COLOR and frost.
I thought the feel of a material was often damaged when gloss existed in painted film.
I think the feel of a material will be also the feel of a material near VALLEJYO - COLOR using oil paints by this way.

I rest for about 1 week, and I'm planning to begin to paint a figure again.
I have not decided what kind of figure to apply yet.
I'd like to make an effort in order to respond to your expectation.

I think of your high value in an honor.
I like this work very much, too.
But I think it was a work as usual if this was a figure of usual VERLINDEN.

This figure was expensive, so it was fortunate for me that it was possible to enjoy itself.
And it was also fortunate that it was very high-quality.
When money isn't lost even if this figure is bought, when a fan of WWII.

I think of your value in an honor.
It's troublesome to paint a big figure, but I'm not particular so much about the scale of the figure.
It's also possible to think the big figure is easy to paint because a sculpture is also carved politely.
Anyway I liked this product very much.
