I use such material as snow.
This is feeling like small cotton.
I got this at a corner of a railroad model.
I apply clear of acrylic by a brush first.
And I cover with the powder.
Most is glued together with this.
moreover clear is blown by hand piece.
I also fan the ground where I have no snow.
The feeling which froze by doing it this way can be taken out.

Your sculpture is superb, I love the detail you put into the face of the soldier. I have not had time to work on any models, but I am inspired to do so again when I have time.
