Superb, Sergey. He´s clothes are not colourful, and this makes the skin tones gain a lot of presence. The shield is so real, the ground, leathers and wolf fur. A master piece, there´s no doubt.
For the body of Viking I used a sand-pink acrylic color.
After that I applied to the body mix burnt sienna+мars oils. These were the main shade. In some places, I added a little carmine oil. In others - Sienna natural. For light, I used white oil paint + a little burnt Sienna or carmine oils. The paint is almost white. In the deepest shadows I added a bit of umber and black. After drying, I once again made a lightening.
