Can someone help me. This figure is 120mm , but I don't know the manufacturer.

I just saw this figure on The Red Lancer's web site. EMI I think....but not positive.

I see that for judging it it can be HOFI or CI-FI. Both firms Czech made.

I am some on 90%.
