US Marine tankcrewman in the pacific

It's my first post here ,
what do you think about this WWII Us tankcrewman ? I've to finish only some few detail like the cigarets in the right hand .
I have to put it in a Sherman M4A1 during the Pacific campaign

Hi Jay

To reproduce the hair I've added a little bit of black on the last highlight colour used for the skintone and than I've applied the mix enough diluted (like dirty water) with a fine brush ,you have to pattering with your brush very quickly!
