Hi Martin

Head looks good ...at least he is looking down so eyes weren't that bad to paint ...hopefully !

As Phil says good move ref barrel and interesting fact about the weapon

Possibly a field dressing strapped to the right ankle ?

Thanks for updates

Happy benchtime

I thought it might be a large field dressing. A bit big for the standard Carlisle Dressing which was carried in a small pouch worn front right. You do see photos of the bigger shell dressings taped to the front of the helmet net. I guess if you think about it, the ankle is not the ideal place for a FFD especially if you are in and out of water.

A very nice figure which Martin is making a super job of. Waiting on the window frame Martin:LOL:

Very nice work Martin. You have certainly done this lovely piece full justice. It has been an enjoyable watch.

Nap - Interesting photo. Sums up US airborne re-enactors (of all nationalities) to a nicety
