I want to share my current project. The Young Miniatures radio operator in Vietnam.
It is an older piece but the subject is great

I started with the helmet and doing the face now

I do a home mix of all the colours with different paint so I don’t have pure colours.

I did some work on the jacket so that is a good as done

For the shades i use black acrylic inkt in my mixes and for the inlining i use 80%black with base green. And very diluted

I added the radio on the bag and I have to figure out how to attach the large antenna without the risk of brake everytime

Horrible heavy bits of kit to carry but it looks great. For the antenna look for brass ones from model armour after market sellers, they are usually very robust.
