Wyoming is beautiful! I was up there a few years back training with the Army, so I got to see a lot of the countryside. 
But hey, them Buffalo Burgers in Gurnsey were to die for!

It is amazing country and full of history. I caught a few trout but nothing fantastic, my photographer (wife) and dog were off hiking around while I was fishing.

It is great hiking, we did a good trail in Colorado near Estes Park that was perfect for us. It was a good day and my Jack Russell didn't have to attack any mountain lions (they're prevalent there now) .

Yeah real nice country, pretty sure the Jack Russell would have held his/her ground if it's anything like my old one, no sense and an over abundance enthusiasm.

Also got held hostage by a band of wild burros demanding treats from little children, was hilarious. Was all I could do to keep the damn terrier in check.

Me too. In 2.5 years lol. The mountain lion thing has really gotten crazy as their population has grown and they've lost a lot of the fear of humans (not cool) they generally won't go after people but they like to eat dogs. I have protection when hiking. Also a lot of black bears now too.
