Dear Planeteers,

Looking for a quicker paint job between two major projects, I found this bust by Pegaso Models in my stash. The color scheme of the box art caught my attention and once I had started, I got more and more excited. I really had a great time, painting this gentleman. The checkerboard pattern is probably not historical accurate, but I wanted to add even more visual interest to his (ceremonial?) shield.
