Austria-Hungary was so badly prepared for the outbreak of war that the poor pigs actually had to go into battle in sky-blue uniforms, red trousers and helmets without camouflage covers - as perfect targets ...!

SBS makes some really unusual 1/72, 1/48 aircraft kits...and has excellent service...and I think Hannants reps them in the uk..this is a prerelease announcement of their new venture into 75mm, from the 1/35 The Bodi line...hence a new name, but it’s same guys...I’ve bought their aircraft kits since 2016..good quality , so expect this to be as well

Very colourful as you can see in Martins references

It certainly would make a great bust as well

Might try via SBS..sbsmodel.com. And maybe Mich toy, UMM, kitlinx in us will have it...Timelines showed the piece earlier yesterday so likely will be popular. As Martin observes Australia Hungary, many countries started with dated uniforms and equipment looking something out of Prisoner of Zenda remake or Mouse that Roared...
