Maybe I'm wrong, Didn't be into the US Army and wasn't in Vietnam, but what I've seen on pics, fast every kinda green is possible, from the Olive drab to khaki green
Most of the pics shows a olive green with a blue influence

something like this
Two bustes I've paint

the helmet cammo is with a kinda oakleave pattern, but most of the times the colors are very faded through the climate, for sure after a longer time fighting overthere
Bert (hoping to see soon some pics , and wondering with bust you have

Hi Dan

as to your original question camo/clothing colours on 'NAM' figures i'm with Bert on this one , you can pretty much go thru the green spectrum , it's a matter of personal choice/the look you want , for 'NAM' there are lots of readily accessible books out there , Osprey have plenty available , squadron are another good range , and just google it m8 you'll be amazed at the amount of info out there and good quality pics and ref material posted on vets websites
watch out for the gooks , happy painting
