Hi everyone.

I would like to know if anyone knows where I can get resin viking equipment like the ones in the photos.
I want to buy several.

Thank you.

I had no luck finding any in 1/16 scale for my project. Shields are pretty easy to make from strip wood and epoxy putty. Axes and seax knives are likewise fairly easy to make from styrene plastic. Swords are a little more difficult but can also be made from styrene.

Depending on your scale, the ICM 1/16 Viking plastic kit has a bunch of bits that are useful.

Best of luck in your search.

I hate to say it but all large body shields are curved. Flat ones don't work as they don't deflect a blow but rather move one way or the other with an impact.

This means even viking shields had a slight curvature!!

As discussed ad nauseam, you're wrong about that.
