Great job, especially like the soft shading of the red and the timber planking on the shield is well done also.
Nice One!

The shading on the cheeks is a little dark and goes to close to the eyes for my tatste, but that's a personal opinion,. The rest is very well painted, the red clothing and fur cloak especially.

Vitallino,

Great work. I really like this piece. You did a wonderfull job. May i make a suggestion??
The transition between the shade, base and highlights is in my opinion to hard. I think you must fade out the harsh line's.
( i hope i wrote it right )

Vitalino,
very nice work! Your reds are quite nice and add a nice touch of contrast to this figure.

I really like this figure.... The only thing that looks out of place for me is the head. It's certainly not your fault here, you have done a wonderful job with this figure. The way it's sculpted, it has just always looked like a businessman on a weekend reinactment to me for some reason. I guess I like my vikings with a bit more atitude and facial hair or something! Again, don't take this the wrong way! Your figure is great, just an observation on the sculpting........Thanks for sharing!

Nice job on the figure, I think you've tackled the various colours nicely and they look believable for the period (y)

Yeah, it's the lack of facial hair I think.

I've never noticed how long the grip on the sword is before - shades of The 13th Warrior
