I can't exactly remember what i used for the snow,but it was a commercial company's snow picked up at a show.I put it on with white glue in about 3 layers, allowing each layer to dry.With the last layer i wait until the white glue goes tacky, then i can move it about with a toothpick to texture the snow effect.
