Ilija - I know nothing of the period costume or the figure model in this case, and little of the historical context but your figure sure looks great to me!!! The stripes on the trousers must have been devilish to paint! The combination of the blue coat and the yellow shirt are excellent and your shading throughout is very good. Nicely done!

Let's see some more of your stuff! :)

All the best,
Dan

Ilija, I agree with Dan, from what I can see from the pictures you have done a very nice job.
Looking forward to seeing more of your work and thanks for posting.

For yellow...there no secret...just andrea color gold yellow....little brown....for darken area..little beige for highlight area....thanks everybody....I soon post more my figures....sorry for my bad english but i hope you understand me...best regards

Very well done. If I could add something it would perhaps be a little more shade on the jacket, but you never know with pictures. Have to see the real thing first.
Congrats

Welcome Ilija
Good paint on this "sans-culotte"
We saw some versions on this forum, and with a little diorama it looks fine.

PS: Rocco, la France de Lafayette vous salue ;)

Ilja,
Great work. I did this figure myself and it is a joy to paint.
You said it is your first figure??? Well then you did an extremely challenge for the red and blue stripe's. Amazing for a first figure.
Marc

Thanks .....this is one of my first figures....red and blue stripe,s are hard work, and I think now I can better paint that strips but for the first time I am satisfied....
