So here I go with a little fantasy stuff, alias Gary Oldmen as Vlad in the Coppola's version of Bram Stocker's Dracula ... an all time favorite!

This figure is an Andrea offering in 54mm, the face is a bit of excellent sculpting ... adds a lot of character to a very simple figure! The ground work is scratch only adding the cross that comes with the kit ... as usual job was done in oils, and I can tell you it took some time to get a decent finish and contrast in all that red ... as I had to combine matt and semigloss finishes ... surely I will pay my bills in electricity as it took hours under the bulb!

Wow, Ivan, this "Dragon" looks great: The red Armor is done superb, the face comes out well and a very detailed base! Keep the fantasy stuff going, it looks super good!

Ivan,

I have admired this figure for some time and now seeing what a really nice job you have done I may have to pick this one up. Very nice work, look forward to seeing more from you.

Thank you guys for all your constructive comments ... I highly recommend this figure especially for the face and pose it hold, its my little 3 year old prefered one he calls him 'the Angry' one ... so I think if a 3 year old gets the impression IMO its a well done sculpt ... what I have to advice is that armour seems simple but it needs a lot of patient work ...
