Hi!
Here's the first born from Andrea Rusconi pruduction, a new italian brand of 75 mm white model figures.
An historical view of the darkness princeps, wearing a contemporary german style armour, at the edge of his army against ottoman forces.

White metal 75 mm figure
sculptor and historical research: Vincenzo Alberici
box art: Renato Benigna

I wish you well, but I have to be honest and agree with Ken. Very 1980s.

Quite a nice pose and an 'attitude' that makes the figure instantly recognisable............but way below the standard of casting we now expect.
Good luck but I can't see too much interest from the buying public unless the whole figure is sharpened up and better attention is paid to fit and cast.

I find Vlad truly interesting and hope to visit Romania one day.
I think with some tweaks this figure can be brought up to 2013.
To me it is some of the engineering and mostly the bad quality metal used for castng that had caused the issues.
I would suggest a better metal caster, even better casting in resin (re engineered for such) and with a lovely finished paint this could sell well.
I wish this company all the best and would buy as I have the PM Vlad, if quality was better
Best wishes

Dear friends,
I think it's not a casting trouble, but only a bad e too slowly work made with white primer.
After read your comments I checked my copy (not the same of the picture) and I find a good casting work...
Probably the one in the picture it's a pre-serial casting copy... I think :)

Vincenzo, as others have said the figure definitely has potential and it's a popular subject. But like them, I also think that it will need to be refined and improved upon in order to attract the buyers you are hoping for.

Good luck in your venture anyway. Once you can eliminate the 'rough edges' (both literally and metaphorically) hopefully you will be on your way.

In which case, you may want to replace the current pictures with some new ones of the better quality casting you have because they are not doing the figure any favours! As others have said, a potentially popular subject let down by questionable casting and fit (as shown here). Hope the next set of pictures do the figure proper justice. Good luck with the new figure.

MUCH better presentation and overview of the figure now it has some paint on. I hope this does well for you.
