My next for 2025 is another 1/6 scale bust from Scale Collectables.
This time it’s W.O. Ellen Rigby (a 3D sculpt by Eastman}, which I bought at the same time as ‘Angel Eyes’.
It was another fun bust to paint until I started on the shoulder patches, which are extremely well printed, but did not agree with my somewhat shaky hand, and therefore took a long time to paint and repaint ad nauseam.
So, I’m calling it a day on this one, before I’m tempted to do something stupid.
The bust is painted in oils over enamels apart from the patches which were entirely done in enamels, which allowed me to do some corrections before remedial painting.

P.S. I’d like to get some more items from Scale Collectables, but this looks unlikely since the website cannot be found, unlike the previous situation where it was available, but ‘Under Maintenance’.
