Hi Sang Eon,

Not a German fan myself however can certainly appreciate your sculpting & animation on this one.
Is it based on another "Life" photo too?

Will be interested to see what scheme you paint on this one too.
Thanks for sharing,
Mike

Thanks Mike, Marc

This one is base on the photo of a SS infantryman eating bread but I don't know whether it's from Life magazine or not :)

The man in the photo wears earlier type 1 smock but I will adapt it to a later one to make the bust in 1944 Ardennes

Hi Sang-Eon,
I'm really happy to see another Life Miniatures bust so soon after the previous release and I have to say I'm pleased to see a German, the Peiper bust is extraordinary and I was hoping for more of the same genre. the sculpting on this one again looks outstanding, looking forward to your rendering of the boxart. Shall definitely be buying this one.

Alex.

Sang-Eon a great range you have ! The Peiper bust is awesome, sculpt and casting !

Only last week I was thinking of a bust eating or drinking similar to John Rosengrants he did for Warriors and now this ! : )

Looks great, would have like to have seen a little more sculpted though to include some belt kit.

Cannot wait for the release ! Great website also !

Good work, I am really like his.
But I believe what the grip of piece of bread is very rude and brutal. Usually people hold food more gently. On inspired front-line photo this moment very good showed. The sculpt of hand is very good, but grip of bread is very strong, IMHO.

Great sculpt as always. I agree that the addition of bread gives to the bust something different.
