I was wondering the same thing! Would have to be copyrighted and then it would cost a fortune... Any bets on who gets the contract?

I would have thought a generic WW1 cavalry trooper and horse would need copyright.

I'm with Carl on this WHO can hold copyrigth on WW1 figures , the main thing would not to name it "War Horse" and if any organisation does kick up a stink surly the answer should be I'll see you in court .
So come on manufactuers lets see that first charging WW1 horse and rider .
