I have one suggestion regarding the spear. What you made looks great, but not really as a spearhead but rather as a butt spike (lower end of the spear), as it is big and looks heavy, actually, it looks like some ancient Greek examples of butt spikes. So you may consider adding ordinary spearhead (for those who like to see real life functionality even in fantasy weapons )

Wow!! That has added some great artistic flair and brings it inline with the sheild as well. ie-the snake motif. I like it.

Really great! Smooth sculpt. It has ocurred to me that the very large spear might be a two-handed weapon. Hard to wield with a shield on the other arm. Also, if she breaks or loses the spear, she is essentially disarmed. She should have a back-up weapon, say a knife or short sword. OTOH, maybe she's a temple or ceremonial guard? Or, maybe I'm overthinking this...?

Its exceptional.
When i saw the first pictures it reminds me to Ayla from the books serie: The Earths Childeren from Jean M Auel.
She became visualised.
