Colin, Well done on the bust of Bony. You really have a knack for doing Napoleonic subjects! Thanks for sharing,

Hi Terry - not Boney yet but one day. I think the next project is a few decades on in the Crimea.

Cheers

Colin, I definitely have been working too much. Glad you took my comment in a positive manner. I meant to say Hooky...Would love to see your work one day in person. Looking forward to seeing your next project from the Crimean campaign.

One day I will make Atlanta Terry. My first MFCA is 50:50 for this year. Cheers

Of course it would mean dissembling then re-assembling and touching up the paint were it to be so available.

Mike

Ought to be commercially available.

Mike

That's a high compliment Mike so thanks. Probably not up to commercial quality given the speed of sculpting and not really of the collectible scale with it being 1/6.

But that being said, one of the bust manufacturers might want to look at producing a decent Wellington portrait (Waterloo, not full dress). The only bust I know of David Grieve's full dress version, which was fine for its time but IMO is not the most accurate rendering of the Duke's features. Given this year is the anniversary, it might be a successful commercial venture.
