It has been a long time since my last post .
2 years in the making this diorama is finished .I know this is usually not the place to post projects more related to modeling , but there are 21 figures in this diorama .
The jeep and the truck are from Tamiya .
Most of the figures are from Alpine miniatures .
The jeep crew is from Bronco models .
Some additional figures are from miniart , MK35 and the camearaman is scratchbuild .
There are a lot of accessoires from different manufacturers : Verlinden , Unicorn models , Miniart, etc MK 35, Plus models , ....
All figures have been finished with oils .
The snow is from Krycell .
The next project(s) are strictly figure based . 2 years is a long time to keep focused .

The story behind the diorama is one of R and R during the battle in the Ardennes in Belgium .
Wounded soldiers can rest in a local farm but one is missing , Joe .
Joe is visiting the smalest room the house were he is found by another slodier .

Superb concept, construction and painting.
Everywhere one looks there's something new to admire.
Very, very well done.

Cheers,
Andrew

Wow, that has been a ton of work!
Great diorama! So much detail and action. In fact, it is several mini-dioramas in one!

Cheers,
Adrian

Absolute amazing amount of detail in your diorama. Reminds me of the good old Verlinden and Bob Letterman Dioramas. Truly inspiring :) (y)
