Wonderfully done paintjob!
You don't get to see this monster painted up very often.
Mine is still sitting in its box, waiting, lurking...

Only two small things I'd like to note. Just my personal taste.
First I would subtly highlight the furr in some areas a bit more with some lighter grey. E.g. like the tips of the ears, or the cheekbone area or the neck and shoulders.

Second, the blood is a bit too light for my personal taste. Maybe some shading down with a dark red ink or someting similar would make it look even more natural and gorier.

Well, just my two cents.
