Westmoreland Unit Patches

Can anyone identify the unit patches shown on General Westmoreland (both shoulders) in the picture below. Thanks in advance.

The red white and gold shield is Military Assistance Command Vietnam. I can't remember the other one, but my uncle referred to it as the "Hawaiian Cookie" I want to say it's an infantry division patch.

The 9th Infantry did a lot of Riverine patrol work. A prior post of the Hawaiian cookie, may have been referencing the Electric Strawberry (25th Division) which was based in Hawaii, or perhaps the psychedelic cookie as I remember calling it.
