The ads that display in your browser have to do more with info that's been cached as you surf, than with the forum's software. If you clear your cache, that is, delete your browser history, it will likely wipe out the cookies and other files that have accumulated, and you won't see the ads (till you build up your browsing history again).

Also, what operating system and browser are you using? That info will help Gordy troubleshoot the problem

I have Windows 7 home premium with IE 10. I use CC cleaner to wipe out all the cookies and temporary internet files and I still getting all these ads. Here is another one popping up in one of the Welcome Aboard post.
