I've been corresponding with the Black Hills Institute of Geological Research and a very nice lady by the name of Amanda Petty. To be honest, I haven't bought anything from them yet, because I just replaced my stock elsewhere and won't need any for a couple of months.
The institute is somewhat unusual. It is a for profit company, a family business, but they specialize in and do most of their work in fossil finding, preservation for museums, collectors, etc. So - if you buy from them you are also (sorta) supporting that "cause". I believe they will accept Paypal payment.
