Is Elan Miniatures the same company as Elan13 though??

I don't recall ever seeing these before in the Elan13 range, and from that illustration they look like something out of the 1980s.

I may be wrong but I suspect they are two different companies. Doesn't look anything like the stuff that Rob usually does.
