An old Mike French figure and a book on Flower Class Corvettes. Considering I'm hoping at some time to do a 1/48 scale model of the latter, getting that through the front or back door, through a window or into the garage is going to be more of a challenge!

Greetings,
There does not seem to be as many replies to this thread as on similar threads in past years?????

Is this because people are not purchasing so much at shows if so.Why.

People using the show as a shop window to purchase at a later date ?

Items released for sale at the show are disappointing?

The whole event weekend ie Travel, Hotel, Food, Beer, etc being expensive, there by not leaving much left over for goodies?

Mick

Well, I was watching people with carrier bags going to the car to unload and coming back in again over the weekend Mick.
I personally chose to order ahead to make sure I got what I needed, and do that all year round now.
So...thanks to our Kevin Peart 'Nap the bust' I was able to collect a Planet market place Bargain buy, thanks again Kev.
Mr Kirtles brought me a Bust.
Jon Paige brought along a Masterbox set, Old Taff brought me a western flat, and also gifted me a lovely unwanted kit.
You know about the Historex kit bargain I stumbled across
on the 'empty stand' next to you :D.
Finally Gra Scollins and I swapped some goodies.
I consider myself a good boy since I needed nothing at all really.
I was then able to be free to offer help, and spend more time socialising.
I loved the vibe.
