Who made or released this bust? Cavalier?

Was just flicking through Pinterest when I found a picture or the following bust. I think its a cavalier but can't be 100% certain. Anyone have any clues on who sculpted it or if it was ever released?

I think is was Eduard Perez Delgado well I’m pretty sure it was. Eduard does work for us at TFB he did The Pirate Busts figures he’s a great talent. I think he got the master for this back when he left FeR. He runs his own range now called Odessey Collectables. As well as working for other companies.
