Hi Brian
It has the look of a Stefano Borin sculpt. Masterclass do a 54mm Duc de Fontenac which is very similar, but I don't think this is it, unless it's been heavily converted.
I'd be interested to find out who does it - it's one I'd like to paint too!

Whoever done it...(and I agree with Phil..it looks like the work of Stefano)...it looks like a beauty to me...I would like one myself..
