Hi dear fellow...
this is my version of very popular figure by JMD miniatures....
I painted to the first time dark skin and I try to represent skin from people living in Senegal or the Ivory Coast who have a much darker, bluish tone....
Story is:...Trompeter is redy for trip and pickoff full bucket of cherryes....maybe this is first time to eat them...
Photos still is not very good but......

JMD Figure

This figure is very well done. I especially liked the skin tones. I painted the Metal Modeles release when they released it back after the 1st World Expo. Colonial troops are very colorful and fun to paint! Great job. Please share with us how you did the skin tones as they look great!

Ilija , beautiful work my friend . The skin tones are really good, the general painting is nice and the scenery with the cherries adds this note of difference . I like it a lot !!!

Could you share your mixes on the flesh tones ?
