Wild West Figure Books?

I recently picked up a copy of Andrea's excellent "Golden West" book on Wild West miniatures and was wondering if there are any other books that deal with this rather specialized subject within figure painting. I've really got the bug for these kind of figures now!

Blandford Pubs did a number of books on costume and uniforms of the Old West by author/illustrator Ernest Lyle Reedstrom, including one titled, "Dress of the Old West". Long out of publication they are available through used book dealers.
