Needle files, flats, brushes and reading material, I dont think you get enough to do out there. Apart from wasting time saving peoples lives, do you get any real work like painting and chipping. The seasons coming in for a good paintjob. LOL mate, I know what its like.
Sorry to have missed you at Sword and Lance, but next year.........

Thank you Don. I'll be doing the rain dance to keep us off the deck and indoors, there's important zinnfiguren work to be done. If anyone falls in the oggin at the Ninian they'll have to wait 'til I've filed the flash off my Danish Dragoons.

Cheers Kev, I've not gone yet. My train to Aberdeen is later this morning, a hotel for the night and a couple of beers in Aberdeen and then join the ship tomorrow morning.
I have some plans to do stuff not often seen in the conventional figs world.

28 days? I remember a time when I'd have taken a run at the barrel after 28 hours. Youth may be exciting but age brings self control and better judgement... sometimes
