Arthur-
Nice work, I especially like the shield. Very realistic damage. Can't wait to see the others finished. Keep up the good work!

I see that you keep yourself busy enough my friend Arthur. Nicely done on those flesh tones. Keep up the hard work.

Great work my friend!

Love your fleshtones on the Northumbrian :)

Can't wait to see your Templar finished.

Keep the good work!

hi Arthur,
very nice painting in all. i liked the painting of templar especially the shield so much, the flesh tones of all are also awesome. Posing of the German and figure base are so nice . i dont know it is the photo or not but the colors of the german's pea dot pattern looked a little different to my eyes.congrats from the heart.
bestest regards
Engin

Arthur,

I really like the weathered look of that shield. Great. But shouldn't you do the metalspots not in a wooden colour. I believe that there are not metal shields on those days. Maybe the shield isn't finished.
The other figures are really good. I like the skincolours of the Northumbrian.

Marc,
Thanks for pointing that little detail out. Indeed this type of shield had probably wooden core.
Will fix it during next painting session ;)

Arthur,

I especially love the templar. Great face shading - right down to the rosey cheeks acquired at the mead hall!

Also, your shield is very cool. I love the realism and rugged feel - great texturing and detail.

Great job,

Kyle

:)

As others have noted, the Templar shield is wonderful. Your flesh tones and lighting effects are great!
