I am getting closer to the finale and it seems to be coming together nicely. It is going to be very heavy when completed. I may need a fork lift to take it around?
The following are the two knights painted 95% by Guy Herrick but not assembled. I have now finished them off and assembled them and replaced some missing parts. Neither knight is weathered or had blood added at this time. This will be done prior to adding to the base.

Knight No.1

The shield was painted by me and the little cross was missing so I scratchbuilt a little wooden cross and added the chain. The sword scabbard was also missing and Guy gave me some replacements but one was to small and the other to big so I ended up sculpting one out of plastic strip and decorating it. You cannot see to much of it but it is there:)

The water bottle was missing so I sculpted one from Aves epoxy putty and added a cork top and painted to look like a gourd.

Knight No. 2

The shield and shield arm was not painted and I completed the painting and added the missing shield carry strap from lead foil.

I painted the shield for a transition from white to black to smooth two white knights and one black knight and give a harmonious effect keeping the same red cross.:D

This completes my addition to Guy's figures and I did not touch any of Guys painting keeping them in his style of painting and colours.

All comments are welcome and appreciated.
Thanks for taking the time to look.

The next installment should be the finale and I am still looking for titles as the final title is not yet set in stone.:woot:

Cheers
John

John and Maureen brought the finished vignette up to show me the end result. FANTASTIC work John. I was awestruck by your work. Hopefully John will post photos soon of the finished scene.
