Hi Guys

I have just about finished this one, what a great little piece this is, so simple but buckets of potential. I have added another head from ModelCellar (sans flight helmet) but added one from another kit that I had. base is from plasticard and and the exhaust is from Wingnuts....

I will add a few little touch ups before I am completely finished

Let me know what you think

Dave

PS cheers Mike and Paul for another cracking figure

I always like your paintwork and presentation of the finished figure.
You give them always something more then the usual base.
This one is no exception and I really want to call it another artwork.

I was lucky enough to see this close up at FigureWorld at the weekend and it's a beauty.

Nice one Dave! Note that while he is sold as a "bomber crew", the figure is appropriate for a fighter pilot just as well. This type of overall was pretty common throughout the war for two seater and single seater crews alike.

Thanks again guys,

Mike, I have another one of the four figures, that helmet hanging from the figures arm, amazing work and fit, especially the gloves inside it

Thanks Dave! :D

The whole idea behind the concept of these figures was to offer them in pairs to go with the Wingnuts Wings two seater kits (Rumpler C.IV and the LVG C.VI). Then, if you get a little more ambitious, you could combine both two seater crew kits to make a full compliment of four for the WNW Gotha kit.

Cheers!!

Mike
