Has anyone come across this figure? I painted the 75mm original one some time ago,but i'd like to be able to get hold of this version.I've searched the web,but with no joy.

Wings Cockpit figures are not part of Wingnut Wings. Wings Cockpit figures is/was(?) a separate independent figure business owned and operated by David Allen (in the UK). He temporarily closed Wings in 2016 due to time commitments. He did revive it on a limited basis in 2018. You can go to the Wings Cockpit Facebook... (Even if you don't have Facebook (which I don't) you should still be able to see it (which I can) since it seems to be a public Facebook. The most recent post is from Feb 2019 which is more than a year ago . So, I'm not sure how active David is with 'Wings'. ...here is the link to it:

https://www.facebook.com/WingsCockpitFigures

If you scroll down to a post from May 19 2018 you will find this figure in the "WWI Allies Collection". (and you will also find it before that in the October 29 2018 post of the "Allies Painting Guides WWI").

..scroll down a bit more to a post from Feb 9 2018 and you will find an explanation on the revitalization of 'Wings' which closes with:

"For figures or if anything puzzles you, write and ask to -

...which filters through to my day to day email at hotmail. Happy modelling!
Kind regards, David Allen."
So, again, I don't know how active it is. But you might want to send David an email/request?

I did have one of these fella's (came with a pair of rudders and two different heads) although I'm pretty sure I gave it away at the last Bugle Call . . . .

I'll have a quick look later to see if he's lurking in the grey army somewhere

Cheers
