WWII GERMAN MILITARY FORCES IN SCALE
THEME COLLECTION VOL.1

This is the first book in our new series: Scale Model Handbook Special Edition “Theme Collection” that presents previously published articles from our editions’ collection where the content will be dedicated to a common theme. Our first book is dedicated to World War Two German Military Forces subjects, a popular subject for miniature figure modelers.

Successive books in this new series will feature carefully chosen articles, grouped together into specific themes. The books are produced using a high-quality digital printing process giving excellent quality illustrations, using 300g matt laminated velvet paper for the covers, with 150g velvet paper for the inner pages and all perfect bound with a special glue!

As always, thanks must go to all our contributors for their support and for sharing their secrets with us. Special thanks are due to Pietro Balloni, Luca Marchetti, Alex Vallejo, Darren Parker-Mead, Man-Jin Kim, Alexey Lucanev, Fernando Vallejo, TaesungHarmms, Andrew Cairns, Young B. Song, Dae-Hyeong Kim, Ju Won Jung, Paul Ondeck, Yannis Papadopoulos, and our English text editor Ken Jones.

We hope you enjoy our latest edition!

This is a great new approach that I'm sure will appeal to guys with more focussed fields of interest, who might have previously balked at forking out full whack for a regular issue just to get hold of one or two articles.

Looking forward to seeing how this series develops.

Dear Steve,
Thank you for your kind words and support. We noticed over the years that a lot of people hesitate to invest money in a book for using one or two themes. Ten years ago this was out of the question. I had bought a lot of books and magazines for just photographs. So with these editions, I hope to approach more modellers and to appreciate the fact that we offer a lot of articles in a Specific Theme. The quality is high-end digital print and I can say that is even better of the offset. Figure Modelling 23 is also ready. Soon to be announced!

All the best
Stelios
