I'm hoping I can ask a question (actually two) that is in no way meant as a criticism. Purely asking because I am trying to improve my own work.
First - The on-going debate?- I like the inside of the doors painted a weathered white in this instance. I'm curious how you finally came to this decision as I hear and have read many comments about the inside hatches being a great target if left white vs. the tank's base color of gray, dunkelgelb, or primer. In my mind, I have a hard time seeing this done any other way. It looks great as-is. But I'm still curious.

Secondly - Again, trying to improve myself - on a display of this scale would the door hinge colors alternate exterior color, interior color, etc. based upon how the hinge works? I'm assuming the vehicles were painted with the doors closed? Please see my rough sketch below.

That is IMHO a valid question - most probably different options were chosen -look at picture no 3 - it strongly indicates white paint on the inside of the hatches. More common seemed to be that the hatches were painted in the color of the turret on both sides.

Thank you...your third picture also clarifies my other question.
If you look at the hatch hinges, they are clearly the color of the outside of the tank itself. Any interior color would stop prior to reaching the edges of the hatch or the hinges.
