It's getting there, I have to admit it's often at this stage I lose interest and want to.move on to a new project.

Oh and one other thing, talking to you and Malc on here has some how left me full of cold!

Cheers Simon

More accessory work tonight.
So much nicer, not shivering during a session.
And making some warm, wet circles...

A wonderfully bleak album.

Good progress here, the groundwork is looking good. Hope you can stay healthy enough to get this done soon.....

Nice groundwork , just the bits and bobs to add then get tape to get off and it’s finished

Have you not got heating where you work or at least a portable one ?

Happy benchtime

Sadly no. It's the conservatory and no insulation either.
Going to try and include some scrub scenery. Somehow.

I'm going to "declare the point of grave creation" and call it a day on this project.
A learning experience, and there's room for improvement on the ground work as well as the dark blue sack coat highlights.
Overall, it went reasonably well. I'm looking forward to a change of subject next, though.
Need to work hard on photography for the "completed " pics...

That’s that. First of a pair; second one will follow when the mood takes me. I think better planning would help re ground work, so that accessories sit better. And the “trees” aren’t the best.
That dark blue remains a challenge: still not happy about the highlights. Faces could better, too .

Really like this David, we are all our own worst critics, just as it should. There in lies the desire to stretch our abilities and improve. It's a great little vignette and personally I like the blue, it really is a great colour to.play with. Looking forward to whatever crosses your chilly work bench next.

Cheers Simon
