Yes its painted with acrylics. Here are the colors used for the skin.
I am experimenting with the airbrush to lay in smooth base tones and shadows for the subsequent layers to go on. (I started with a black primer coat with white zenital highlights applied using an airbrush)
Used acrylic inks directly from the pot so I don't have to fiddle with thinners etc. I don't have a mix-ratio (Sorry !). I just wing it as I go along
The subsequent brushwork was done with acrylic paints. Again I was mucking around with the paints that I have. Its not necessary to use all those colors. Interestingly, the base flesh colors from the 3 different brands are not the same and makes it fun for subtle tonal variations.
