Young Miniatures 1/10 bust spare/extra parts?

I was wondering if anyone has tried to get spare or extra parts from Young Miniatures from their 1/10 busts, and if so, were you successful? There are a couple of items that I could use from their 1/10 busts for figures that I already have, and can't justify buying a $50 bust just to get them, but would be morethan happy to pay for the needed parts. I have e-mailed them through their website asking if I could buy certain parts, but received no reply. I'm not sure if that was their answer, if its a language barrier thing, or they just didn't get the message. Perhaps someone who is associated with Young Miniatures here on pF might be able to help?

Hi Jason, had same issue with Youngs over replacement parts for broken ones. Could not get a reply. I even asked Steve at SK to try for me and he got nowhere either. Seems strange that they seem not to offer any after service.

Hmmm, perhaps then no answer IS an answer after all...

A simple "no we can't/don't/won't do that" would be appreciated, though.
