Hi guy's, here is a piece I've been working on, A pair of "German Infantry Russian Front' sculpted by Young B Song. I have altered some details to change the pair and added different head from (USMC Hue Veitnam-1968. YM 1817) the pair will be from Stalingrad front, bedraggled and battle weary. all items blue tacked together at present. Comments and advice most welcome. Les

Great idea Les.
Looking forward to seeing it all finished, the effect will be dramatic I reckon.

Hi Les,
That is a really clever pose and conversion. You can sense the atmosphere already. Can't wait to see it completed. Good luck with this.
cheers

Mate! You really are getting creative with the bust, again love the arrangement you've made here with this one. Inspired by Andy's pairs?

Hi guy's, many many thanks for your comments. This project is very exiciting for me on several areas, firstly with young miniatures bust's, which I think are the BEST!! (first only to CR bust's). I am inspired by the many talented works displayed on this site. Mike this work was an idea which developed from the Young miniatures bust of the ( USMC . vietnam bust 1968) some time ago, finding the right figure bust's was a problem until YM introduced this bust. Cheers Les

Hey thanks guy's, for your positive feedback. I am deffinately looking forward to painting these two, with scruffy white washed helmets and weary look, I actually sculpted the upper eye lids to show eyes slightly closed a bit for a tired look when painted. cheers Les
