Wow, a masterpiece.

As has been said, every three or four of Young's busts seem to be something special.

The face has so much character. Certainly no one could say Young's faces are all the same now!!

Not sure I'll buy it, but I applaud the choice of subject matter and the quality of the sculpting and casting.

He looks like a Kiwi Stuart! Many New Zealanders served in LRDG & this is a fitting tribute to them.

I love the piece, and there is more character to this guy, but underneath is still the square jawed "style" of Young's bust.....he looks just too well fed....kind of like a "heroic" interpretation
