Lovely job Guy
I'm curious, I've spent a few hours dry fitting mine. I was hoping to paint the armoured torso and cloak seperate and fit them together after. So far I have not managed to get the hand on the cloak and the arm to link up to the torso with out having some nasty gaps, same with the head on top the cloak. I'm thinking I'm going to have to put it together, putty the gaps and paint as best I can! Did you have any fit problems??
Cheers
Mark

Thanks for the kind words Chris & Paul......I appreciate the feedback.

Mark ~ I had no fitment problems and painted the cape in seperate pieces. I also pegged the head on a 1/2 inch dowel and painted it. I later dropped it right into the location on top of the cape and it fit perfectly. I did the legs seperetly and then added the mid section after it was painted. The right arm and cape section were epoxyied al at the same time to get it to fit properly.

Hope this helps

I too like the work done on the leathers.

Nicely done as always, Guy. :)

I did have my eye on this piece for myself but it looked a bit too heavy for me.

Thanks Peter for the feedback. This is one of the nicest Roman figures I have ever done. Its made me order more Romans to add to my collection.
