Hi!
This is Zulu Warrior from Alpha Image (54mm). Very nice figure! I recommend.
Painting oils. Any comments are welcome.

Great job! I have this figure and Vince kindly sent me a Martini-Henry which I will swap over with the assegai, so that he is holding a captured rifle in one hand and shield & spear in the other. Your rendition has just kick started me again. What did you use for British Scarlet?

Hi Alex,

I am painting another Zulu warrior at the moment and the acrylic mix are: base color: Burnt Umber + little bit of yellow ochre; lighter shades: base color + flesh + a little bit of brown + a little bit of white; shadow: base color + blue grey + black.
