Only managing to get a small amount of benchtime recently so to get myself moving , thought I'd share what I've been working on

The Dolman Miniatures Kaiser bust ( using Martins excellent SBS for references)



Sarnia Admiral Tirpitz bust ( Commission piece )



To get the brushes going .....did a couple of medal ribbons ......

This was released by Sarnia , who I believe have now stopped doing so , but Peter is a member here and on Social Media so might have one ......took a bit of prep on mine but will paint up well

Bit of a Iffyvision update on Harry ....

Jkt finished , shirt was done as a light cream for variety , all badges/ tie pin done less actual medals ...next !

Then the hair and flesh ( put a wash of sand brown , my flesh base colour .. before doing the hair )

First row of medals completed now , since then worked on jkt , replaced one of the lower medals as it was a little small .......both have now been painted

Got a couple of spare bipes Kev if you need a change of pace (or just to remind you that the grass might be greener elsewhere, but there's also an angry bull in the field and it's surrounded by an electric barb wire fence)
