After adding some final detail this morning and painting the badge for the base, the bust is now
finished.
I really enjoyed painting this one, lots of textures in the casting.

Hi Malc

Catching up a bit here , nice result , liking your treatment of the blue works well against the lacework

Fleshtones ....really moving on well with these and this is no exception

next project. .......coming very soon........sooner then you think . :D

Nicely done Malc.
I wish I could work at your speed.

Cheers,
Andrew

Its not all down to speed, with the poor weather we've been having, and not looking after the grandchildren, I've had a little more time to spend at the bench.
Also the new Redgrass lamp doesn't cause any eye strain, which has meant I can paint for longer.

Back on Grandad duty tomorrow, so things will be returning to normal.

If you send me a couple of pics against a plain background I will get them posted up into the FB page November competition Malc, you could be a second time winner ;)

Thank Mark, that's very kind.
