I think it is all about using the time you have efficiently, and I usually plan ahead what excactly I am planning on doing so I have a clear picture in my mind before I start, and that way I move faster.

Looking great Anders!

You get any more efficient and that will come to a figure a day...sculpted and painted!!!

Seriously, thats the key. The more you do, the more efficcient you become w/ your time. I always leave the bench w/ a plan for the next session. Whether it's the paint selection or a plan on sculpting.

I too look forward to seeing whats next from you.

Heh Kenneth! Eating and Sleeping is nice though :)

Jason,

I agree that planning is the key. But I usually think about it in Chemestry class... No wonder I didnt get anything done today...as I skipped chem

As for sculpting and painting a single figure in one day...now that would be pushing it, although I am sure it is possible if a person does it for a full day.

Anders,
It's of great comfort to know I'm not the only one who does such things in class! While teaching stuff like matrix transpositions and the limit definition of function derivatives, I find myself thinking - mind you, while at the board in front of 40+ students of whom most are as tuned out as me and you are (count your lucky starts you're not in "my" class, dude!) - "hmmm, what if I add more unbleached titanium to my mix, would I get a better sand color for that pesky 3-color desert camo?"
Come to think of it, I should talk to your chem prof. What the hell are you doing in class anyway?! :) :) :)

P.S - got those GR CD's yet? There be plenty a' hunting this weekend ;)

Hey Guys!

ANother update on the figure. He is basically done, just needs some tweaking on his right arm and the mess kit and he will be ready to go. Im happy that these guys are just about done as they are getting old :) Let me know what you think!

Anders,

That's a good looking figure. At quick glance of his full face, but not profile, he almost resembles Telly Savalas's character Maggot in 'The Dirty Dozen'. Look forward to seeing him painted.

Mike
